What, parking inside Cubbon Park for thé High Court? From Queens Statue to the Fountain ?
This is worrying.
The steady encroachment of parking into the core park is quite shocking. Apart from aesthetics, air & noise pollution, safety, zoning etc it’s closeness to Bal Bhavan and kids there, the hawker impact, there is the issue of legality and the Park Preservation Act which protects spaces like this from being over run .
